Design and Moldflow To ensure we meet our 60 day promise on mold build every time, right first time is very important to us. So we analyze every current mold's charactaristics from CAE (computer-aided engineering). We record this accumulated data and apply it to research into new techniques and improved process for future molds. CAD Using 3D CAD means that we can complete mold design faster than with conventional CAD software. CAE CAE helps identify critial manufacturing and quality issues and recommend appropriate actions. We use Moldflow to ensure better quality. CAM We use WorkNC and Unigraphics CAM software.

Moldflow

Once the part and mold designs are optimized Moldflow’s Manufacturing Solutions enable production to start more quickly, shortening the time required to determine and achieve the ideal process parameters. The more complex the part, the material or the mold, the narrower is the processing window and the higher is the need for intelligent setup, continuous monitoring and optimization.

Full 3D data for - CAE, CAD, and CAM which highlights problem areas in mold design, and improves the function and structure of mold at the design stage. CAE is also used to analyze and review molding, flow and cooling characteristics.

We use 3 Dimentional designs for all mold tools. We have optimized our design and tooling process to reduce steps to optimize the process.
