Molds and Dies are shipped here direct from Asia, for pre-delivery inspection to USA and Canadian customers.
The team and facility are ISO Certified, and have the skills and resources for -
- Reading and manipulating most Data formats DXF, IGES, STP, DWG, MC9, PFM, PKG, TIFF, X_T, SAT, Unigraphics Part, PROE, Solidworks and CATIA translators
- Extensive CAD/CAM capabilities, including 2D and 3D design, Solid Modeling, Tool Pathing, and Tool Path Verification.
- Design and complete any type of Engineering Change
- Work on complex dimensional 3D contoured molds
- Work on single cavity and multi-cavity molds with manifolds.
- Work on molds with slides, lifters, stripper plates, unscrewing mechanisms, and hydraulic core pulls.
