Integrated Manufacturing reduces time and cost to the customer by investing in people and technology.

Machining Technology – By investing in the latest high speed machinery to increase our cutting accuracy, we have reduced manufacturing process steps. This has cut time and cost from our manufacturing process.

People - Our machine technicians have been extensively trained in advanced machinery and programming techniques for this new technology. They now study, manage and control equipment and processes at the machine.

Recently we have introduced new, 40,000 rpm high speed cutting technology machines. Our tooling machines are able to directly cut complex part geometry. The use of this highspeed technology speeds up tool machining time by 3 ~ 5 times.

We also have new high speed CNC and horizontal machining centers, which have extremely high accuracy cutting capability.

Machine tool system integration

CAM is programmed to operate the tooling software of each machine from the 3D model. Our 3D system, (Unigraphics), is employed in CAM, and optimizes manufacturing ability and process control, as well as being a programming source. We have improved our tooling process and speed by a high level of automation.
